A minor brawl over using a public toilet ended up in the death of a 26-year-old man in Mahim. The deceased, Simon Lingeree, was a resident of the Devaji Govind Chawl at Mahim Causeway. The police has arrested one Santosh Kargutkar( 40)....
....On Saturday at around 7 pm Lingeree went to use the public bathroom in the area. Kargutkar was standing in queue to use the loo and started to grow impatient....When Lingeree finally came out of the bathroom, the two got into a heated argument....
It ended in murder. Kargutkar is in police custody.
